The coaching-programme supports to achieve your goals.
Talents are stimulated to consult their coach. Every 4 talents have assigned to them once coach. With this group they will come together on fixed moments. (According time schedule)
Coaches are instructed to coach. Succesful coaching is posing suitable questions. Rather than give quick solutions. A quick solution can also be a dirty one. To better cope with your goals, the one who is helping you should gather enough suitable information your problem. You are the only one who can supply the specific information on your own learning goals. So the chance that given solutions will be working for you is improving.
During "Learn Open Source" you will inform your coach via describing how you make progress on your primary goals. At the end of the "Learn Open Source"-training a certificate of achievement is written by the coach. This certificate of achievement has a special form. It can be worn with pride. (This first "Learn Open Source" aims on the grow of a certification programme to assure the education of good craftship in information systems establishing.)
